The main symptoms can be felt with too much sleep, when we find it hard to get out of bed in the morning and still feel weak along the day. Lack of energy is caused by nutritional deficiency.  A poor diet prevents the production of “catecholamines” which give our body energy.

  • Sleep well. Sleep 8 hours a day (between 10 pm and 7 am is the best time to get better rest).
  • Light diet. A lunch with vegetables, cereals, fruits, low-fat dairy products and plenty of liquids contribute to preventing exhaustion. Do not skip meals.
  • Periods of rest along the day. In the middle of the work period, take 10-minute breaks with slow deep breathing and ideally, closing your eyes to relax them.
